Practice Areas

Nadine Tan joined Parker, Milliken, Clark, O'Hara & Samuelian as a litigation associate in 2017. Previously, Ms. Tan spent two years clerking for the Honorable S. James Otero of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. In this role, she drafted civil and criminal orders, including orders on motions for summary judgment and motions in limine, and drafted jury instructions, verdict forms, and orders on post-trial motions.

During law school, she was a law clerk at a boutique copyright law firm and an extern at the USC Stevens Center for Innovation, the university’s technology transfer office, where she negotiated nondisclosure agreements for licensing projects. Ms. Tan was also a Peer Mentor to incoming law students and was active in the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, where she served as the Co-Chair of Alumni Relations.

Ms. Tan is admitted to practice law before all courts in the state of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. In her free time, she enjoys vinyasa yoga, tennis, and crossword puzzles.
