Kristina L. Hohne joined Parker, Milliken, Clark, O’Hara & Samuelian as a summer associate in 2010 and a full-time lawyer upon passing the bar exam in 2011. She worked in a variety of practice areas, including accounting and tax disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, professional malpractice claims, wrongful termination and employment cases, products liability defense (automotive and pharmaceutical), will and trust contests, trade secret misappropriation, personal injury matters, contract claims and commercial and corporate disputes.
Kristina left in 2017 to join a nationally recognized family law boutique where she spent approximately five years litigating high-net worth and complex family law disputes and drafting premarital agreements.
Kristina rejoined Parker Milliken as a Shareholder in March 2022. She specializes in litigation, with a primary focus on all types of family law matters, including complex dissolution proceedings, custody disputes, support issues, post-judgment matters, and drafting and negotiating premarital agreements, marital settlement agreements, and cohabitation agreements. She is also a part of the firm’s business litigation department. With a strong civil litigation background, Kristina brings more to the table than knowledge of the law. She is strategic, thoughtful, responsive, and focused on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.
Kristina received her law degree from UCLA School of Law and undergraduate degree in Honors Economics from UC San Diego (Revelle College) where she graduated magna cum laude. She was recently named a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2022.
