Practice Areas

Nadine Tan is an associate at Parker, Milliken, Clark, O'Hara & Samuelian, where she practices general civil and employment litigation and provides employment counseling.

She is a member of the firm’s Associate Hiring Committee and Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Before joining the firm, Nadine clerked for the Honorable S. James Otero (Ret.) of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.

In addition to her legal practice, Nadine is passionate about taking an active role in the Los Angeles legal community and community at-large. She serves as Secretary and Board Member of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association (SCCLA), one of the first Asian Pacific American bar associations organized in the country, where she is also its Co-Chair of Communications. In law school, Nadine was a Peer Mentor to incoming law students and served as the Co-Chair of Alumni Relations for the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.

She is admitted to practice law before all courts in the state of California and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She was selected to the 2020 Southern California Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list.
