- Serving as sole counsel for former CEO of non-profit agency in a jury trial involving employment, contract, and fiduciary duty claims.
- Defending dozens of ADA and Unruh Act cases in state and federal court for private and public entities, including class action and multi-plaintiff lawsuits.
- Representing clients in matters involving trade secret misappropriation, construction defects, and various real property claims.
- Defending employers in a variety of matters, including wrongful termination and employment discrimination claims.
- Defending pharmaceutical and agricultural companies in mass product liability cases.
- Representing landlords in significant unlawful detainer matters.
- Drafting wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents.
- Assisting individuals in gift and estate tax planning, and in preparing estate tax returns.
- Representing institutional and individual trustees in trust administration proceedings and in a variety of trust petitions, including accounting petitions, modification petitions, petitions for instruction, and petitions for approval of various trustee actions.
